Disc Tumbler Lock, Lock Switch
16mm diameter key switch lock made of zinc alloy die cast material housing and cylinder with bright chrome plated, 5 disc tumbler mechanism designed and brass flat keys by nickel plated with plastic cover, 20 key code combinations, golden plated contacts and terminals assembled. Spring ball built-in design for detent key rotation.
The lock made with 4 terminals for 2 or 3 key positions that has 2 ~ 5 multistage designed, various models and switch functions refer to drawing, normal or momentary contact and key withdrawal at 12:00 position only. Lock is mounted by hex nut or speed clip and it's available lock with wire assembly, laser engraved, stamping key code and master key option depend on customer requested for making mass production quantity of customized products.
Contact rating: 4A 125VAC, 2A 250VAC, 4A 28VDC Contact resistance: 50 Milli-Ohmas Max, Insulation resistance: 109 Ohm Min. Dielectric strength: 1000VAC-1 Minute, passed life cycle test of 6,000 times, ROHS and REACH compliant suitable to use on electric vehicle, medical equipment, gaming machine cash register, monitor control device and transmission control equipment.
