19mm diameter of high security key switch lock made of zinc alloy die cast material with bright chrome plated, brass tubular keys of nickel plated, 7 pin tumbler mechanism designed for 100 key code combinations as standard, maximum 10,000 combinations available, silver plated contacts and brass terminals.

Specification

High security key switch lock (S202) is post terminal, S212 is spade terminal, S2123 is screw terminal. S202 S212 S2123 made with 2 terminals for key rotation 12;00 ~ 3:00 positions, switch function OFF-ON for key withdrawal at 12:00 and 3:00 position or key pull out in 12;00 position only. S202A S212A S2123A made with spring loaded for momentary contact for key rotation 12:00 ~ (3:00) of switch function OFF-(ON) that key rebound at 3:00 position for key pull out at 12:00 position only, lock is mounted by hex nut.

Jin Tay can offer the process for the lock with wire assembly, anti-drilled, laser engraved, stamping key code, machining and key with plastic cover depend on customer requested for making mass production quantity of customized products.

Contact rating: 4A 125VAC, contact resistance: 50 Milli-Ohms Max, Insulation resistance: 109 Ohm Min. Dielectric strength: 1500VAC-1 Minute, passed life cycle test of 6,000 times and ROHS and REACH compliant suitable to use on vending machine, packer, slot machine, and voting machine.
