19mm diameter IP55 waterproof and UL approval key switch lock made of zinc alloy die cast material housing and cylinder with bright nickel plated, 4 disc tumbler mechanism designed and brass flat keys with nickel plated for 20 key code combinations, golden plated contacts and terminals assembled.

These series products are designed master key function that is easy for arrangement and safe using.

UL certified switch lock with flat key made with 3~8 terminals based on variety specification requested that has 2~5 multistage designed, variety different for key withdrawal positions, various models and functions refer to drawing, key withdrawal, switch function and contact adjusted available upon requested. Lock is mounted by hex nut or speed clip that can process the lock with wire assembly, laser engraved, stamping key code and master key option depend on customer requested for making mass production quantity of customized products

Contact rating: 4A 125VAC, 2A 250VAC,4A 28VDC Contact resistance: 50 Milli-Ohmas Max, Insulation resistance: 109 Ohm Min. Dielectric strength: 1000VAC-1 Minute, passed life cycle test of 6,000 times, UL approval, ROHS and REACH compliant suitable to use on electric vehicle, medical equipment, gaming machine cash register, monitor control device and transmission control equipment.
